Regular Tingkat Meals
Our regular tingkat meals are served in food grade, microwaveable and disposable containers. Liquids are properly sealed to prevent spillage. There is no need to wash or for us to pick up after your meal consumption.
Delivery & Service Fulfillment
We deliver from Mondays to Fridays only. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. If meal delivery falls on a Public Holiday, the meal will be pushed back to the next available delivery date.
Lunch: 9.45am to 1.45pm
Dinner: 3.00pm to 7.00pm
We will not automatically renew for you unless you’ve informed us at least 2 working days in advance before your current meal package ends at 6980 5608 or WhatsApp to 9388 2092 or you’ve checked on the “Auto-Renewal” box when ordering online.
For auto-renewal, we will email you the new invoice with the payment link, 5 to 7 days before the end of your current meal package. You may terminate the new order by informing us 2 days in advance (before 5.00pm) before the new deliveries start.
Should you decide to cancel your auto-renewal subscription, kindly inform us at least 2 working days in advance before your current meal package ends at 6980 5608 or WhatsApp to 9388 2092.

Termination & Refund
Should you decide to terminate your meal package after full payment has been made, you may do so by informing us at least 3 working days in advance. All bookings made are deemed final. An administrative fee of $25.00 ($27.25 w/ GST) will be imposed for termination. Any discount given will be voided upon termination. We will pro-rate the consumed meals:
Regular Tingkat meal: $13.00 ($14.17 w/ GST) per meal per pax
Healthy Tingkat meal: $21.60 ($23.54 w/ GST) per meal per pax.
We will do the necessary refund after the above mentioned charges. No reinstatement is allowed once cancellation is done.
